How I review Voice of the Customer tools for SMEs
I question each vendor to learn about their capabilities in seven categories:
- The closed-loop process
- Employee experience
- Implementation and benefits realisation support
- Social proof
After reviewing their answers, I invite each vendor to give a 15-minute demo followed by 30-minute Q&A .
Then I write a full review for each vendor and summarise my thoughts on this website. The vendors reviews the draft, and answers further questions. I invited them to correct factual errors and add information to cover the same subjects as their competitors.
